Welcome to Ancient Synthesis
We invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and enlightenment through our unique blend of practices, helping you create a sacred space where your mind, body, and spirit unite in perfect harmony.
We call it the pursuit of wellbeing through consciousness
Ancient Synthesis is both a private wellbeing practice and an evolving philosophical framework dedicated to exploring holistic approaches to human flourishing through the lens of global wisdom traditions — from antiquity to the present.
It approaches wellbeing descriptively rather than prescriptively, recognising the interplay between physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual dimensions of experience. Its methodology emphasises reflective inquiry, developmental awareness, and values-based engagement with identity, purpose, and consciousness.
Language, contemplative attention, and philosophical dialogue are engaged as catalysts for self-understanding and meaningful personal growth. The work invites individuals to explore their own frameworks of meaning in ways that are thoughtful, self-directed, and grounded in lived experience.
Ancient Synthesis offers educational and experiential services intended to support reflection and personal development. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial services, and participation is voluntary. Individual experiences naturally vary.

Narrative coaching explores the Self as an unfolding text — a dynamic interplay of memory, meaning, belief, and aspiration.
Through structured dialogue, dialectical reflection, and creative inquiry, participants are invited to examine the stories shaping their identity and direction. Attention is given to transitions, values, existential questions, and the integration of experience across mental, emotional, embodied, and contemplative dimensions.
The process supports clarity, perspective, and intentional engagement with one’s life narrative. Outcomes depend on individual engagement and context.
This work is philosophical and developmental in orientation and does not replace licensed counselling or therapeutic care.

Tarot is a symbolic system with historical roots in late medieval Europe and subsequent esoteric traditions. It is approached here as a contemplative instrument for insight and perspective.
Readings are interpretive and reflective in nature, drawing upon archetypal symbolism to illuminate themes within a participant’s current experience. Any discussion of potential future developments is framed symbolically and should not be understood as predictive certainty or directive advice.
Participants remain fully responsible for their decisions and actions.

Meditation sessions introduce contemplative disciplines such as guided meditation, yoga nidra, mantra, body awareness practices, and breath-based attentional training.
These practices are offered as structured opportunities for stillness, reflective presence, and attentional refinement. Experiences may differ between individuals and may evolve over time with practice.
Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace and to seek appropriate professional support where necessary. These sessions are educational and experiential in nature.

Mantra and Homa (fire ceremony) sessions are ceremonial experiences informed by Vedic and Tantric streams within Hindu and Buddhist philosophical traditions.
These gatherings are curated as cultural and contemplative experiences that explore gratitude, intentionality, and symbolic alignment between individual and cosmos. Mantras and offerings are engaged in a manner respectful of their historical context and living traditions.
Fire-based practices involve inherent environmental and physical considerations. Participation is voluntary and subject to separate informed consent documentation where applicable.
These sessions are not religious instruction and are not substitutes for professional healthcare or therapeutic services.
-
Applied Philosophy Workshops examine classical and contemporary texts within global wisdom traditions.
Sessions combine exposition, dialogue, and structured reflection, encouraging participants to engage philosophy as a lived and embodied inquiry rather than as purely abstract discourse.
Material is presented for educational and exploratory purposes. Participants are invited to approach the content critically and independently.

Private retreats and cultural immersions offer curated experiences at sites of historical, philosophical, and cultural significance across Africa, Australia, the Mediterranean, and the Indian subcontinent.
These experiences may integrate contemplative practice, guided site exploration, dialogue, and ceremonial elements. Collaborations may include local guides, scholars, or cultural practitioners.
Participation in retreats and travel-based experiences involves inherent variables, including environmental and logistical factors. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, insurance, and personal health considerations. Separate participation agreements apply.
All retreats and immersions are offered as educational and cultural experiences.

Tarot-Numerology is an informative practice that amalgamates the process of assigning mystical, divine or occult meanings and purport to the root numbers in Numerology, to the concept of tarot constellations, thought to be discovered by cultural anthropologist, Angeles Arrien, and later developed by renowned Tarotist, Mary K. Greer, to articulate personality and life-purpose profiles.
