Healing Through Sound Baths
Ujjain Only
Every Sunday, 10.30am - 11.30am
A sound bath is a meditative group experience that utilises healing sounds from instruments like singing bowls and gongs. Participants lie down, allowing the soothing vibrations to wash over them, promoting deep relaxation and stress reduction. The therapeutic resonance of the instruments helps realign the body's energy, leaving participants feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
